By purchasing a shared account from AI Super Accounts, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Account Usage Rules

  • Do NOT change the password: Attempting to change the password, email, or billing information of a shared account will result in an immediate and permanent ban without a refund.
  • Do NOT share the account: The account credentials you receive are for your personal use only. Reselling or sharing the credentials publicly or with others is strictly prohibited.
  • Respect other users: Since these are shared accounts, you may see workspaces, chat histories, or projects of other users. Do not delete, modify, or interfere with other users’ work.

2. Warranty and Support

We provide a support warranty for the duration specified on the product page (typically 30 days). If the account stops working or the password is changed by the provider, we will provide a replacement account free of charge.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, AI platforms may occasionally experience downtime, rate limits, or ban accounts. We are not responsible for downtime caused by the official platform’s servers.
